If you write from inside the app, your app and iOS versions are added for you.
The chat needs the internet, so check your connection. The free version also includes a daily number of messages: if you've reached it, Hivie will be back tomorrow, or Hivie Plus lifts the limit. Everything else in the app works offline.
If you have an account, sign in on the new phone and your hive, moods, saved phrases, bottles and bees come with you. Your chat history stays on the old phone, but what Hivie remembers about you comes along. Without an account, your data lives only on that phone and can't be moved, so if your hive matters to you, it's worth creating one.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name and then Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the period you've already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple too: you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Go to Profile → Settings → Hivie's memory. This deletes the short summary Hivie keeps about you, and your answers to the welcome questions, from our servers.
Go to Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything linked to it from our servers. If you have Hivie Plus, cancel it with Apple as well: deleting your account doesn't stop the subscription.
Hivie's reminders are created on your phone, not sent from our servers. You can turn them off in the app, or in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Hivie.
